Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 1743 147P/Kushida-Muramatsu

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 69 observations 1994 to 2008, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of sublimating molecule = CO (or N2) using Yabushita's theory (MN 283, 347). Water-Ice vaporization gives A1= +12.7 and A2= -0.756. The mean residual is +/- 0.74 arc second. See the previous orbits in NK 675 and NK 910. If 2001/2002 observations are included, nongravitational parameters are Y1= +0.18 and Y2= -0.0217 although showing some bad residuals. There mightbe other solution....
