Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 1895 P/2001 Q11 (NEAT)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 21 observations 2001 Aug. 18 to Dec. 13. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.48 arc second. Note the comet was found by M. Meyer (cf. IAUC 9129). Epoch = 2001 June 20.0 TT T = 2001 June 22.35096 +/- 0.00147 (m.e.)
