Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 1966 P/NEAT (2002 X2 = 2010 P1)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 140 observations 2002 to 2010. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.77 arc second. The correction to the prediction in NK 1463 (= HICQ 2009/2010) is delta-T= -0.74 day. RunOff values are +709" for R.A. and +445" for Decl.. See the previous orbits in NK 1014 and NK 1463.
