The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 89 observations 1931 to 2012. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.82 arc second. 1931 AN was reported as a comet. The past returns were 1931 Jan. 15 and 2004 Mar. 9. The residuals for 2003 observations were about 0.5 deg. with the delta-T correction = -1.05 days from my recent orbit. The comet has passed 1.17 AU from Jupiter on 1960 May. Epoch = 2013 Mar. 9.0 TT T = 2013 Feb. 23.35033 +/- 0.02093 (m.e.)
