Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 2402R C/2011 L6 (Boattini)
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 56 observations 2011 May 28 to 2012 Apr. 24. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.57 arc second. The comet has passed 3.48 AU from Jupiter on 2008 Dec. 20, 2.21 AU from Saturn on 2012 June 20 and 5.19 AU from Uranus on 2004 May 26 UT. This is a re-improved orbit from NK 2402 because 2012 March observations, which was reported just later after computation of NK 2402, show the large residuals up to 19".
