The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 210 observations 1999 to 2013, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.79 arc second. The 2013 September observations show the residuals of +12" for R. A. and +10" for Decl. from an orbit in NK 2482 (= HICQ 2013).
