The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 75 observations 2005 to 2014. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.62 arc second. Minor planet 2005 EL284 (and 5N55702) was identified from an orbit in NK 2656. Then the residuals was +0.03 deg off from the prediction with the delta-T correction = +0.13 day.
