Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 2758 106P/Schuster

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 225 observations 1977 to 2014, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.77 arc second. The residuals of re-observations on 2014 June 9 were -7" (R. A.) and -6" (Decl.) from the predicted orbit in NK 2149 (= HICQ 2014) with the delta-T correction = +0.006 day. The comet has passed 1.04 AU from Jupiter on 1983 May 3 and 0.098 AU from Mars on 1992 Sept. 12 UT.
