The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 206 observations 2001 to 2014. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.93 arc second. The observations in 2014 September shows the residuals of +16" and +5" from the prediction in NK 2265 (= HICQ 2014) with the delta-T correction = -0.007 day.
