Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 2788 C/2011 J2 - B (LINEAR)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 215 observations 2011 Mar. 10 to 2014 Sept. 23 including the selective component A observations (rejecting 2014 Feb.- Aug. observations) and component B observations. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, and non-gravitational effects of sublimating molecule = CO (or N2) using Yabushita's theory (MN 283, 347) were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.52 arc second. P. C. Sherrod, ASO, has measured the position of component B from the principal component, Separation 12" and P. A. 15 deg on Sept. 21, 14" and 18 deg.
