The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 234 observations 1999 to 2015, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.78 arc second. The residuals of re-observations in 2015 were -338" for R. A. and -133" for Decl. from the prediction in NK 1458 (= MPC 59599) with the delta-T correction = +0.13 day. The comet has been missed in the 2010 return.
