The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 239 observations 1999 to 2015, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.94 arc second. The observations in 2015 June-July shows the large residuals of about +44" for R. A. and +8" for Decl. from a recent orbit in NK 2918.
