The following improved orbital elements, S. Nakano, are from 47 observations 2014 Dec. 15 to 2015 July 15. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.44 arc second. The comet has passed 2.60 AU from Jupiter on 2014 Apr. 27 UT. The observations in 2015 July show the residuals of +88" for R. A. and +12" for Decl. from a latest orbit.
