The following improved orbital elements, S. Nakano, are from 69 observations 2014 Jan. 28 to 2015 Nov. 7. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.44 arc second.
