The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 164 observations 1997 to 2015. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.63 arc second. Observations in 2015 December show the residuals of +24" mainly for Right Ascension from a linked orbit in NK 2801 (= HICQ 2015) with the delta-T correction = -0.04 day.
