Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3045 P/NEAT (2001 F1 = 2016 A4)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 149 observations 2001 to 2016. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.68 arc second. The residuals of recovery observations were +169" for Right Ascension and +21" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2715 (= HICQ 2013) with the delta-T correction = -0.37 day.
