The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 373 observations 1997 to 2016, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.85 arc second. The residuals of re-observations in 2016 January were -0.54 deg for Right Ascension and -0.14 deg for Declination from the prediction in NK 1457 (= HICQ 2014) with the delta-T correction = +1.89 days. The comet has passed 0.30 AU from Jupiter on 2007 July 1 and will pass 0.35 AU and 0.60 AU from Jupiter on 2019 May 31 and 2031 July 24 UT, respectively.
