The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 129 observations 2013 Nov. 27 to 2016 Feb. 18. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.58 arc second. Recent observations in 2015/2016 show the residuals of -5" for Right Ascension and +2" for Declination from an orbit by T. Kobayashi in NK 2954 (= HICQ 2015).
