The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 145 observations 1963 to 2016, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. The mean residual is +/- 0.75 arc second. Recent observations in 2016 show the residuals of +25" for Right Ascension and -8" for Declination from the prediction by T. Kobayashi in NK 2304 (= HICQ 2014) with the delta-T correction = -0.03 day. It was the delta-T correction = -0.003 day for the re-observations in 2014.
