Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3228 229P/Gibbs

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 137 observations 2001 to 2016. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.71 arc second. The residuals of re-observations were +20" maily for Right Ascension from the prediction in NK 2716 (= HICQ 2016) by T. Kobayashi with the delta-T correction = +0.05 day.
