The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 141 observations 2005 to 2016. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.51 arc second. The residuals of re-observations were -66" for Right Ascension and -30" for Declination from the prediction in NK 1964 (= HICQ 2016) with the delta-T correction = +0.05 day.
