The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 168 observations 2000 to 2017. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.80 arc second. The residuals for the Recovery observations by Hidetaka Sato were +1920" for Right Ascension and +1913" for Declination from the prediction in NK 768 (= HICQ 2015-2017) with the delta-T correction = -2.60 days.
