The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 114 observations 2017 Oct. 14 to Nov. 10. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.51 arc second. At around 750 AU from the Solar barycenter, e of pre-Perihelion= 1.197193 and e of post-Perihelion= 1.201077, but orbit has still some uncertainties.
