The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 65 observations 2011 to 2017. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.51 arc second. Residuals from the prediction in NK 2255 (= HICQ 2017) were -0.82 deg for Right Ascension and -0.14 deg for Declination with the delta-T correction = +1.03 day.
