Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3525 C/2017 S3 (PANSTARRS)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 51 observations 2017 Aug. 17 to Nov. 18. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.41 arc second. The comet will pass 0.76 AU from Earth on 2018 Aug. 6 UT. Then the comet will be a bright object. See the ephemeris of p.H110 in HICQ 2018.
