Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3591A C/2017 S3 (PANSTARRS)
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 95 observations 2017 Aug. 17 to 2018 May 17. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.48 arc second.
