The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 161 observations 2010 to 2018. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.63 arc second. Residuals of recovery observations from the prediction in NK 2878 (= HICQ 2018) were -0.43 deg for Right Ascension and -0.19 deg for Declination with the delta-T correction = +1.16 days.
