The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 108 observations 2003 to 2019. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.67 arc second. Residuals on re-observations in 2018/2019 were +7" mainly for Right Ascension from the prediction by T. Kobayashi in NK 3403 (= HICQ 2019) with the delta-T correction = -0.008 day.
