The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 607 observations 2019 Aug. 30 to Sept. 27. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.65 arc second. When (1/a)origin converges r = 921 AU from the solar-system barycenter (in the year AD 1885), the barycentric eccentricity = 3.3547. When (1/a)future converges r = 994 AU from the solar-system barycenter (in the year AD 2165), the barycentric eccentricity will be 3.3510. Note orbit is still uncertainty.
