Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 3931 P/Spacewatch-Hill (2009 SK280 = 2019 S5)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 97 observations 2009 to 2019. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.52 arc second. Residuals for recovery observations were +218" for Right Ascension and +20" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2235 (= HICQ 2017/2018 /2019) with the delta-T correction = -0.63 day. The comet comes from an orbit of T= 1990 July 26, q= 3.95 AU, e= 0.19, Peri.= 26.5, Node= 52.4, i= 13.9, a= 4.85 AU, after close approach 0.13 AU to Jupiter on 1994 May 2 UT.
