The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 228 observations 2019 May 16 to 2020 Mar. 3. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.61 arc second. The comet has passed 1.20 AU from Jupiter on 2019 Feb. 22 UT. Residuals on 2020 March observations were -25" mainly for Declination from an orbit in NK 4017 (= HICQ 2020).
