The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 77 observations 2019 Jan. 24 to 2020 Mar. 27. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.44 arc second. Residuals on 2020 observations were +4" and -4" from an orbit in NK 4014 (= HICQ 2020). The comet will pass 3.07 AU from Saturn on 2025 Mar. 16 UT.
