The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 193 observations 2013 to 2020. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.64 arc second. Residuals for the recovery observations on 2020 July 30 were +88" for Right Ascention and +22" for Declination from the prediction in NK 2634 (= HICQ 2020) with the delta-T correction = -0.09 day.
