The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 329 observations 2021 Feb. 28 to May 11. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.68 arc second. The comet has passed 2.83 AU from Jupiter on 2020 June 12 UT. K. Kadota, Ageo, gives CCD total magnitude= 16.6 (H10= 13.1) on 2021 May 9 UT. See orbits in CBET 4939 and CBET 4965.
