The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 82 observations 2002 to 2021. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.24 arc second. The comet has passed 1.98 AU from Jupiter on 2002 Jan. 8 UT. 2002 observations were made at just approach to Jupiter. Comet has made the three apperances.
