The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 94 observations 2002 Jan. 8 to 2003 Mar. 8. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.62 arc second. This comet has the maximum perihelion distance in the recorded comets. Also 2nd, C/2000 A1 (Montani), q= 9.74 AU, 3rd, P/2001 T4 (NEAT), q= 8.56 AU, 4th, 95P/Chiron, q= 8.45 AU.
