◎C/2001 G1の軌道と予報位置です



 久万の中村彰正氏より,2002年5月以来観測の途絶えていたこの彗星の今年

2月6日の観測が報告されました.氏の CCD全光度は19.2等でした.同月12日

に,コンウェイから彗星の光度が15.7等と報告されていますが,何かの間違い

か,別物の測定でしょう.なお,ハレアカラのNEATサ−ベイから,2000年12月

の発見前の観測が報告されています.

◎C/2001 G1の軌道と予報位置です

  4月19日の観測が久万の中村彰正氏から報告がありました.氏の CCD全光度は

17.9等でした.なお,同日,4月3日の観測(18.6等)がダイニックの杉江淳氏

から報告がありました.中村氏のメイルに「2001 G1は 0'.3ほどのコマがあり,

一目で彗星とわかる姿をしています.とてもr= 8.3 AUにあるとは思えません」

という記述があったので,秘かにqの小さい二重解を期待したのですが,やはり,

遠方にいる彗星のようです.
