◎C/2007 T1の軌道と予報位置 [From YC 2582]
マックノート彗星 C/2007 T1 (McNaught)
3月に入ってからの彗星の全光度観測が3月1日に10.3等(ゴンザレス;ス
ペイン),10.3等,2日に10.4等,5日に10.5等(ゴイアト;ブラジル),10.7
等(吉田誠一;茨城),10.5等(ゴンザレス),6日に10.4等,7日,8日,9
日に10.5等(ゴイアト)と彗星は,10等級で観測されている.彗星は,守山の井
狩康一氏(3月5日と15日)と上尾の門田健一氏(3月8日と9日)によって捕
らえられた.門田氏(K. Kadota)によるCCD全光度は,3月8日に13.1等,9日
に13.4等,16日に13.8等であった(cf. YC 2570).
OAA計算課では,2007年10月9日から2008年3月15日までに行なわれた284個
の観測から次の軌道を決定した.平均残差は0".63.軌道改良に使用した最終観測
の一群は,井狩氏(Y. Ikari)によるもの.なお,4月の毎日の予報位置が天文
ガイド(p. 145)にある.

北半球での観測が守山の井狩康一氏(3月5日)と上尾の門田健一氏(3月8日と
9日)から報告されました.ただし,井狩氏の観測は,別物を捕らえている可能性が

2006 Q1と同様に南に低いこの彗星ですが,今月は,大きく北に昇ってきます.
2月の眼視全光度が2月1日に8.9等(アモリム),2日に9.2等,4日に9.3等(
ゴイアト),6日に9.3等(アモリム),7日に9.5等(ラエ),8日に9.0等(ア
モリム),13日に9.7等(ロブレド;アルゲンチン)と観測されています.そろそ
ろ,北半球でも,再観測できるでしょう.
ただし,すでに,天文ガイド3月号にも書いたとおり,近日点を昨年12月に通過
しているために,急速に暗くなるでしょう.

上尾の門田健一氏から10月20日の観測が報告されました.氏のCCD全光度は,
12.3等でした.眼視光度は,各地で10等級で観測されています.彗星は,12月
〜1月に9等級まで明るくなりますが,11月中旬には,北半球から見えなくな
ります.なお,彗星の地平光度は,薄暮時(太陽高度-6゚)のものです.
