◎P/2001 J1の連結軌道です



 上尾の門田健一氏は,2008年11月に近日点を通過するこの彗星を10月15日に

検出し,17日にこれを確認しました.氏のCCD全光度は,15日に16.4等,17日に

16.5等と予報光度に良く一致していました.検出時,彗星には,集光のある30"

ほどのコマが見られたとのことです.

  検出位置は,予報軌道(NK 802)から赤経方向に+0゚.47,赤緯方向に-0゚.10

のずれがあり,近日点通過時刻の補正値にして儺= -0.54日でした.

 ところで,3D/Bielaとの同定の可能性ですが,たとえば,B核の私の次の予報

軌道(この核の方が多少,近日点通過が遅くなる)の軌道長半径を使用して,



  T= 1999 Jan, q= 0.824 AU, e= 0.767, Peri.= 268.46, Node= 200.83, Inc.= 8.07



長半径を固定して軌道改良を行なうと,下の軌道が得られます.なお,多分,1852年

には,A核の方が明るかったものと思われますが,明るいものが大きい核とは,

限りません.たとえ大きくとも,多量のガスを放出したため,早く,小さくなる

こともありえます.
