◎C/2001 Q2の軌道と予報位置です
台風11号が去ったあと,美星で22日早朝に,ほぼ,曇天の状況で観測に
成功しました.なお,前々回のEMESで記したとおり,この彗星の軌道は,
下のように103P/Hartley 2の軌道と良く似ています.
位置予報は, 2nd Orbit(楕円軌道)からのものです.もう少し,長半
径が大きいことを期待したいものです.

◎C/2001 Q2の概略軌道と予報位置です
上尾の門田健一氏は,21日早朝に,この彗星の観測に成功しました.
氏の CCD全光度は,12.4等,彗星は,中央集光をもつ拡散状で,コマ
の視直径は,1'.2,P.A. 275度の方向に1'の淡い尾があるとのことで
す.なお,軌道決定された軌道(T= 2001 Aug. 28, q=0.98 AU, W=175,
N=218, I=14)は,103P/Hartley 2のそれらに良く似ています.
