OAA computing section circular NK 1596 198P/ODAS (1998 X1 = 2006 B7); [Temporary numbered]

This is a revised version of NK 1595 because Water-Ice vaporization is reasonable small due to 2005 observations reported. The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 186 observations 1998-2006, including planetary perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, and non-gravitational effect of style II. Orbit will be changed to q= 3.357 AU, e= 0.231, Peri.= 189.5, Node= 240.5, i= 8.8 since the comet will pass 0.15 AU from Jupiter on 2042 Sept. 24. The mean residual is +/- 0.60 arc second.
