The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 134 observations 1929 to 2008. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.68 arc second. See orbits on MPC 44184, MPC 44861, NK 879 (= MPC 56802) and NK 1070 (= YC 2431). The comet has passed 0.67 AU from Jupiter on 1960 Mar. 24.
