OAA computing section circular NK 1695 208P/McMillan (2008 U1 = 29N28W = 2A218D) [Temporary numbered]

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 103 observations 2000 - 2008. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.66 arc second. The 2000 observations as shown below were found in one night observations by Nakano. The positions run off R.A. +0.45 and Decl. +0.12 deg from an orbit determined by the arc of 2008 Sept. 20 - Nov. 21.
