Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 2171 254P/McNaught (2010 T1)

The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 85 observations 1980 to 2011. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.51 arc second. The 1980 and 2001 observations were found by Maik Meyer. RunOff values from an orbit in NK 2131 were -0.26 and +0.02 deg for 1980, -0.06 and -0.03 deg for 2001 observations with the delta-T corrections delta-T= +1.01 day and +0.43 day, respectively.
