Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 2184 P/2011 U1 = 2004 NEAT observations (PANSTARRS)
The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 54 observations 2004-2011 with a weighting on 2004 observations. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.43 arc seconds. The 2004 observations were found by Maik Meyer. The delta-T correction from my recent orbit was -7.2 days with RunOff values of +3.13 deg for R. A. and +0.09 deg for Decl..
