The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 287 observations 2011 Dec. 28 to 2012 Oct. 12. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.36 arc second. The comet will pass 0.073 AU from Mars on 2013 Oct. 1, 0.43 AU from the Earth on 2013 Dec. 27.0 and 2.20 AU from Juipter on 2014 July 25 UT.
