Nakano Note (Nakano wa Kangaeru noda) NK 2366R P/Tombaugh-TENAGRA (1931 AN = 2003 WZ141 = 2012 WX32)

The following re-improved orbital elements from NK 2366, by S. Nakano, are from 129 observations 1931-2012 since additional observations were reported. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.67 arc second. 1931 AN was discovered by C. Tombaugh at Lowell. The past returns were 1931 Jan. 15 and 2004 Mar. 9. The residuals for 2003 observations were about 0.5 deg. with the delta-T correction = -1.05 days from my initial orbit of 2012 WX32. The comet has passed 1.17 AU from Jupiter on 1960 May 14 UT.
