The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 48 observations 2012 Oct. 17 to 2013 July 20. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.26 arc second. Recent observations show the residuals of +35" (R. A.) and +16" (Decl.) from an orbit in HICQ 2013. The comet has passed 3.83 AU from Jupiter on 2012 Apr. 7 UT.
