The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 155 observations 1987 to 2014. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.59 arc second. The pre-discovery observations in 1987 found by P. Sicoli which residuals were -6" for R. A. and +1" for Decl. from a linked orbit (2005- 2014) in NK 2656R (= HICQ 2014).
