The following improved orbital elements, by S. Nakano, are from 57 observations 2014 Jan. 28 to 2015 Feb. 14. Perturbations by Mercury to Neptune and three minor planets, Ceres, Pallas and Vesta, were taken into account. The mean residual is +/- 0.47 arc second. 2015 Observations show the residuals of +30" and -2" from an orbit in HICQ 2014.
